By participating in the Kiambu County Sports Event, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Registration & Payment
All registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. Proof of payment (MPesa Code) must be valid and verifiable.
3. Participant Conduct
All participants, coaches, and representatives must conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including cheating, aggression, or verbal abuse, will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Liability
The organizers shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the event. Participants partake at their own risk.
5. Changes to Event
Organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, rules, or venues if necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
